I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO Insurance plans. My services are also eligible for most Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts. I take cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Do you live outside of San Diego, have a busy work schedule, and/or have to stay at home with kids?
I can meet with you virtually and provide online Telehealth therapy sessions. As long as you live in California, Texas, or Washington D.C., I can meet with you online via a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform called Simple Practice. You can access this online platform and have therapy sessions with me on any computer, tablet, or phone with a camera. You’ll find it easy to set-up and use.
For most of my clients, I recommend that they start working with an eating disorder dietitian in conjunction with our psychotherapy treatment. I will be happy to get a release form from you in order to collaborate with your physician and eating disorder dietitian so we can provide the best care possible.
